Strong Engineering experience of working on semiconductor equipment & design.
Mechanical design documentation and control using NX package for system design
Minimum 5 to 8 years'' experience in mechanical equipment design for manufacturing
Working knowledge gained through experience of material selection, design tolerances, motion control and robotics, gas delivery, water delivery, pneumatics specification.
Mechanical design experience for CE marking markets and international markets
Project managing subcontractor build programs as part of a large project environment
semiconductor materials handling
Experience working with environmental control, vacuum design
electrical machine safety and electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC)
Experience of new equipment commissioning and customer sign-off processes
Experience of design & commissioning for R&D projects & prototype systems
Understanding of Bill of Materials structures, document control & control procedures. Advantageous Supplementary Skills
Experience working in a semiconductor environment
FEA modeling experience .
