* Experience managing resources and services through an IT outsourcer (ITO) / Managed Service Provider (MSP)
* Conceptual and operational experience with VMWare Virtualization suite

* Experience with private and public cloud solutions including experience with AWS and Azure
* Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies
* Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, and Release Management experience
