Must have skills*
Technical Skills :HP load runner, Performance center and monitoring tools like dynatrace, Introcope
Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications.• 5+ years of experience on any performance testing tool (HP Performance Center, Jmeter, , etc.• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools.• Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause like Introscope, Dynatrace and HP diagnostics.• Hands-on experience with performance testing JVM based applications.• Must be able to work independently as well as within a group while handling projects.
Good to have skills*
Deep knowledge of Java (or equivalent) programming language and design patterns from a performance point of view.
Key responsibilities*
Proficient with HP Performance Center to design and execute performance tests against Applications with a multi-tier architecture.• Analyzes the data gathered from performance tests with an eye towards application performance, availability and capacity with the goals of ensuring the optimal user experience and reducing hardware costs Identify capacity-related issues proactively and work with operations and delivery teams to discover resolutions Regularly interact with development partners on performance status, prioritization and tuning efforts.
