Job Description:
The eCommerce Program Manager works closely with a number of teams within the Oculus and Facebook organizations to define, track and deliver customer-facing processes and systems solutions on-schedule and on-budget while meeting or exceeding Oculus quality standards.
Responsibilities
Define overall business systems architecture automation for customer-facing eBusiness functions, including B2C eCommerce, CRM, and B2B data integration.
Utilize methods such as problem statements, process flows, and gap analyses to identify and recommend comprehensive system and process solutions.
Drive evolution of existing and new information systems solutions, including effective transformation of eBusiness solutions to scalable, full-featured tools that streamline business processes directly affecting customer satisfaction.
Partner closely with many cross-functional teams including IT, Platform Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Customer Support to assure alignment and drive the development, prioritization and execution of processes and systems.
Diagnose and document issues and risks, and drive resolution with IT team.
Develop and define methods and procedures for end user to address deploying technology and operational process changes.
Create and execute UAT test plans and scripts, as well as end user training.
Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience with best practices and information solutions in B2C eCommerce, CRM, and/or retail customer integration.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and associates within the company.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
