Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct testing and issue resolution ensuring data acquisition solutions satisfy operational acceptance criteria across our customer base.
Create solution documentation for internal TriNetX support as well as for customers.
Adhere to healthcare data governance policies including the protection of protected health information (PHI) or personal information (PI) and the reporting of breaches of defined policies.

Desired Skills and Experience:
BS and/or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 6 years’ software engineering to include product and solution development experience with numerous project successes demonstrating a strong aptitude in all aspects of data integration and data warehousing.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in database concepts, logical modeling, physical design and database installation, configuration, and optimization.
Administrative proficiency using database systems with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL experience preferred. • Expert SQL programming experience with ability to create complex SQL scripts and stored procedures.
Minimum 6 years’ experience writing scripting languages in Windows and Unix-based operating systems.
Significant programming experience developing software using scripts and programming languages to include Python, Java scripting, SQL, Unix shell scripting, Windows batch scripting.
Experience with ETL development; Pentaho (Kettle) ETL preferred.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with experience analyzing data necessary to resolve issues uncovered and related to source data.
Significant healthcare and/or Life Science industry experience with data proficiency including claims, provider, patient, clinical and bioinformatics information.
Practical experience addressing de-identification of protected health information (PHI
Practical experience addressing data matching across data sets with non-unique subject identifiers.
Significant experience with healthcare provider electronic medical record systems with Epic and Cerner vendor systems preferred.
Significant experience interacting with internal and external customers to gather and understand business and technical requirements.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills communicating with internal and external customers at multiple levels.
