Job Description :
Ability to triage outage bridge calls and drive calls to closure.
Working knowledge of the following industry standard technologies is required for this role:
Windows OS (All)
Linux/Unix
AWS
Active Directory
Networking
TCP/IP
DNS
Wireless
Anti-virus applications

Knowledge of ITIL service management frame work
Working knowledge of fundamental operations of IT service management relevant software (Service Now)
Ability to triage outage bridge calls and drive calls to closure.
