Job Description :
Role: Senior IBM SOA Developer
Location: Lansing, MI
Responsibilities:
Help the technical lead with architecture and design
Work with the functional lead to understand the requirements and functional design
Develop code, perform unit and integration testing
Troubleshoot and Fix Defects
Create and Maintain DataPower Security Configurations and security appliance maintenance
Help with IIB server and DataPower administration activities as needed
Support UAT testing and software releases
Support post production M&O activities
Escalate issues and risks
Required Skills:
8-10 years of enterprise software development experience in SOA technology
Highly skilled in following ESB and SOA technology stack (This role is not for a regular Java/JEE developer)
o IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or equivalent ESB software
o Webservice, SOAP, REST, MQ
o XML, XSD, XSLT,WSDL
o Knowledge of EAI and SOA Design patterns
o Java
o Unix/Linux
Mutual/2-Way SSL Certificate knowledge
Strong Database skills, Oracle, SQL, Data Modeling
Desire and ability to learn new things
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience in DataPower Xi52 security appliance and Webservice Security
Public sector Health and Human Services knowledge
