Complete Description:
The primary function of this position is to drive the migration of agency intranets. Duties include: educate agency business owners on the agency intranet framework, facilitate agency review and evaluation of intranet portal content in preparation for content migration, assist in the move of content to new agency portals, coordinate agency migration schedules, manage the Digital Workspace team migration task board, update project documents, generate project reports, participate in bi-monthly project planning meetings and daily stand-up meetings.
