What will you be doing?
Guides multi-disciplinary technology and operational teams in the achievement of project objectives
Translate product objectives into integrated plans, schedules and budgets for the entire project lifecycle
Manage expectations, negotiation and communication with project stakeholders in support of delivery against the project roadmap
Effectively manages risks throughout the project lifecycle
Build/maintain relationships and liaison with project sponsors, internal and external customers, team members, support teams and 3rd party vendors
Preparation and ongoing management of project tools and documentation, including time/financial tracking, project plans, sprints/rapid boards, status reports and launch plans
Effectively resolves problems and roadblocks as they occur
Perform estimation, forecasting and time tracking/reporting for projects and project resources
Clearly and effectively communicate progress, issues/risks and opportunities at both the project and program level; Escalate issues in a timely, effective manner
Develops, documents, and actively manages technical project schedules
Creates, tracks, and manages budgets for team
Assist with coordination of live streaming events Collaborate with project managers, broadcast engineers, product managers, and News, Sports and Entertainment business owners to build and operate high-performance platforms to deliver high quality products to consumers

Qualifications:
What do we require from you?
3+ years PM experience
2+ years’ experience working in development environment, preferably DevOps
Undergraduate degree required
Hands on experience with project and documentation tools such as Clarity, Team Gantt, JIRA and Confluence
Sets and defends clear project roles and responsibility boundaries
Articulates information well across larger audiences
Goal-oriented self-starter with strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Personal commitment to project success
Open to process improvement suggestions and may experiment with taking on incremental improvements
Understand stakeholder needs and communicate the same to project team members
Secures cooperation of key resources
Knowledge of cloud architecture is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of digital video technologies and workflows is preferred, but not required
