This position is responsible for managing our corporate client software. It
involves processing requests for new software, managing the software
packaging queue, getting quotes from vendors for new software, and
performing licensing true-ups as needed.
-Monitor department mailbox and respond to all email within 24 hours
-Handle customer inquiries and escalations on software related issues
-Provide guidance to Application Owners on software packaging and upgrade
process
-Manage Software Packaging requests workflow
-Manage Request Center workflow process and service description
-Process Monthly Chargebacks
-Handle software chargeback disputes and inquiries
-Partner with vendor to ensure software specifications, descriptions, and
pricing in the Service Catalog is current and accurate
-Manage Manual Software Install approval, process, and coordinate with Help
Desk and IMAC teams
