IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for a Lead .NET Developer to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Roles and Responsibilities:

Description of Duties (primary & secondary)

Develops new applications to meet functional and technical designs. Leads the development of new software applications on both the Intranet and Windows PC platforms. Leads user groups in the testing of newly developed software applications.

Analyzes, debugs, and resolves defects in applications. Constructs and develops new computer programming code on applications to

meet end user requirements. Provides hands on expertise in developing complex infrastructure needed for full scale development

and deployment of new business solutions to include error reporting, database connectivity, logging, etc. Regression test changes to

ensure product quality has not been compromised. Supervises the efforts of one or more consultant program developers.

Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned. Enhances existing applications, troubleshooting or augmenting functionality as necessary. Work with subject matter experts in designing changes. Engages with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements, and contributes to completion of functional specifications. Prepares technical documentation on application specifications. Assists in interviewing and training new hires and provide guidance to Junior Developers when required. Performance tunes, reviews and recommends improvements to existing codes. Reviews and recommends improvements to existing architectures.
