Technical/Functional Skills
Experience in Data power device configuration, Firmware Up gradation and maintenance
Experience in Data power stand up tasks - DNS, Ethernet, Web Mgmt., Domain and Users
Certificate configuration and config file deployments in Data power
Roles & Responsibilities
Configuration of WSPs, MPGWs and its policy, MQ Queue Managers, XML Managers, FSHs, etc. in Data power
Data power device health check configuration, monitoring and reports generation through monitoring tool (e.g CA Wily Introscope)
Data power Services transaction monitoring through monitoring tool (e.g Splunk)
Datapower objects tuning for any performance issues
Diagnosing and troubleshoot the issue(s) reported by users
Creating IBM PMR and work with IBM Support Team for Datapower Device issues/bugs
24/7 - on call support
