SI (Sterling B2B Integrator) Administrator

Full Time / Permanent Position

Technical/Functional Skills
Experience in B2B technologies and Experience in analyzing the environment capacity, setting up the B2B based environment. Strong experience in B2B tools administration in Unix environment and coordinating with different vendor team to setup the B2B interfaces.
Strong knowledge in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 5.x
Installation of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator 5.x in AIX and other UNIX environment

Roles & Responsibilities
Willingness and ability to provide rotational 24x7 on-call support
Strong experience in troubleshooting the IBM SI production issues
Need to be able to provide analysis on Root cause of production incidents
Needs to drive the support and customer issues along with vendor teams
Need to be able to provide analysis on Root cause of production incidents
Onshore - offshore coordination task handover
Monitoring and configuring alerts on IBM SI 5.x environment and response to the alerts
Knowledge on the UNIX commands and troubleshooting OS related issue for IBM SI (like CPU, Memory utilization analysis)
Shell / scripting knowledge to automate the regular tasks in the day today IBM SI 5.x maintenance activity
