They are looking for an HR Systems/Metrics Consultant that has extensive experience around implementing a new HR System and best practices around MSP Programs.



Job Description::



Contribute HR operational systems expertise, project management and HR analytic expertise to Ellucian’s evolving human capital (HC) strategy including key leadership in the following HR areas:


Work closely with the VP of Total Rewards to establish and launch an RFP for a new HR Management System to be fully implemented in 12 months - consideration around people / process / and technology for a successful launch
Develop process documentation for key HR processes with a bias toward standardization and centralization in an effort to streamline new system set-up (be mindful of global, cultural differences)
Develop a formal People Dashboard that tracks key people metrics from a historical perspective but also lends itself to predictive analytics that helps the business make important Human Capital decision based on data with our external partner, Visier
Implementation of new HR Management System will integrate disparate HR and business systems including talent acquisition, talent management, learning management, compensation administration and reporting analytics – knowledge of specific HR functional areas is key to a successful consulting arrangement
Assist in the development of change management and communications strategy around people metrics, processes and reporting
Establish effective communication cadence with key stakeholders including weekly review of people metrics assessing operational efficiency and process improvement – measure, measure, measure
Develop and provide regular reports and communications regarding project status and master timelines for stakeholders as part of the HR PMO
Responsible for identifying and escalating issues to VP and/or project sponsors on a timely basis




SKILLS/ DESIRED BEHAVIORS




Process improvement expertise - black/green belt certified preferred
Analytical - lean into metrics, numbers, process and system architecture to improve operational effectiveness
Direct experience with new HRMS implementation
8+ Years of related work experience in HR Systems/project management/HR analytics
Bachelor''s degree
Direct experience as an HR generalist or working on human capital initiatives for at least 2+ years with knowledge of talent acquisition, total rewards, and/or culture/engagement projects
Think on your feet problem solving ability; strong executive presence
Experience working in a global organization with a matrix leadership construct and remote workforce
Deep project management expertise utilizing external project management software such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
Personal values based leader who: demonstrates highest integrity in all dealings, works collaboratively and takes risks on him/herself; enables others to be successful
Leadership values: ability to growth others without direct leadership oversight; displays a true sense of humility in everyday life such that passing the credit is normal course
