Role: UCCE Developer- Remote role
Duration: 18 month contract
Rate: $market All inclusive
: ICM Call Routing/Development oConfiguration: Create DNs, CallTypes, Services, SkillGroups, EnterpriseSkillGroups, Teams, Agent Desktop settings. oScripting: Develop the call flows to route calls to various lines of business per the business’ routing rules, including CVP Micro applications. •CVP Studio Applications expected in the near future (nice to have) •Assist Platform Development (ICM) team •On-Call Rotation
