Title: Project Lead with PWA
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey

Minimum Requirements:
MS Project Pro
PWA
Project Run Books
Project Control Books
Lessons Learned
Supply Chain experience will help, but is not necessary

Description:
Develop and enter the work break down structure into the PMO tools (MS Project Pro / PWA) and adjust the schedule against these tasks as project personnel time estimates dynamically change during the course of the project.
Provide dedicated project management for a dedicated work stream within an overall Program.
Ensure the project work breakdown structure is properly broken down into relevant, specific, measurable, achievable sections. Ensure overall project accountability and quality.
Manage business milestones.
Manage the project plan including the project work breakdown structure and tasks. Keep the project moving and on track. Ensuring that delays, conflicts, dependencies and operational glitches are addressed and do not slow down the project. Track milestones.
Communicate to the project manager and the project team any status or issues and proposed resolutions.
Meet with and provide hands-on project management related guidance and mentoring for any Team Leads, developers, BA’s, and any consulting and 3rd party service providers, for a dedicated work stream and to review their project plans.
Approve contractor hours
Set up and schedule project related meetings between IT and business team resources for a related work stream.
Be business facing and interface with business team resources.
Record project status, project run books, project control books and lessons learned and run project related reports.
Look for any work stream disruptions and related opportunities.
