Senior Atlassian expert (Jira and Confluence)

Rally (Agile tool) to JIRA.
The ask is for a process expert who could understand the workflow needs of the various teams and help setup the appropriate JIRA boards – Kanban, Scrum boards, etc. so that the migration from Rally is easily accepted by the users.
This process expert also needs to understand database and SQL aspects so that it will help in customizing the JIRA boards, etc.
The other big expectation is around reporting and dashboards to be derived from the JIRA data.
Client has mentioned that “chalk” could potentially be used to integrate with JIRA to derive reports and metrics for Charter VPs, execs, etc. So it would be big plus if this resource understands this as well.
Excellent communication skills as this person would be talking to Directors/ Senior Directors.
