IT IS : EUCS_Desktop Management

5+ years of experience minimum touching at least two of the following IT infrastructure areas:
o Servers and virtualization (Vmware ESXi)
o Core Networking(route/switch Cisco preferred)
o Perimeter protection (firewall – Palo Alto preferred)
o Unified communications platforms (Cisco Call Manager/WebEx/Jabber preferred)
o Application and desktop virtualization (Citrix XenApp 6.5 and/or XenDesktop 7.6)
o Active Directory, Group Policy, DNSo Exchange 2010 or highero Microsoft SCCM and 1E Nomado Deployment and management of Clouds such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Servcies, Rackspace or IBM SoftLayer
Ø Bachelor’s degree. Preferred degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant information technology field
Ø Experience in large enterprise project management
Ø Experience delivering projects working in a global team
Ø Must be an effective communicator in all relevant forms (verbal, written, executive presentation)
Ø Demonstrated experience showing sound judgement and good decision making
Ø Professional demeanor, presentation and proactive mindset
Ø Valid master services agreement (MSA) and preferred rate card on file with the Global Information Systems Vendor Management Office (GIS VMO

Provide excellent client service while troubleshooting client issues via phone, remote tools and e-mail on Windows OS networked enterprise desktop environment.Should have proven knowledge of Computer systems and functions e.g. Laptop, Desktop & Printers.Administer and provide User account provisioning.Provide support to business software including Microsoft Office
