Position: Program Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to be part of a growing department who is a collaborative and experienced program management professional.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be an essential member of Retail Solution’s product delivery Team. You will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and execution of large scale cross platform initiatives. To ensure Westfield provides optimal experiences, this person demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, actively engages with others and brings teams together ensure program milestones are met.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with:
Experience in managing large cross functional products in a production release environment. Able to drive team independently and interface directly with executive leadership for updates.
Ability to make high level decisions based on market and domain knowledge. Can clearly articulate dates and justification to senior leadership as well as team members.
Experience with managing stakeholders to complete project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
Proven success in acknowledging project risks, determines strategies to address issues that arise while managing these risk(s) throughout the entire project.
Ability to creates and drive cadence for teams impacted by project while practicing strong comprehension and reflective listening skills.
Experience in effectively communicating to management and leadership and help make decisions at that level.
Strong experience in overseeing several projects simultaneously
Able to provide clarity of individual responsibilities and work structure while estimating resources required including delivery dates.
Proven success in human resource objectives: lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
Drive to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

The minimum requirements and skills include:
Bachelor degree in business or technology related field.
5 years or more experience in large scale program management or related field.
Hands-on knowledge of project tools and software packages.
Demonstrated knowledge of building timelines, scoping, resourcing, understanding critical path and effectively driving teams.
Working in a fast-paced environment while keeping the overall objective in mind.

Preferred Qualifications include:
JIRA experience will be highly considered.
Demonstrates leadership in managing people.
Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Strategic, operational, and technical marketing/management skills.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments throughout the organization.
