Job Description :
We’re seeking an agile and motivated SaaS contract manager to join the legal team at CLIENT and to support the business unit. As a contract manager with Client, you’ll work closely with sales and our customers to navigate legal agreements and help bring deals to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Sales staff members in negotiating standard SaaS documents.
Review, revise and negotiate non-standard licensing and services provisions and agreements.
Review, revise and negotiate non-standard customer drafted agreements.
Review, revise and negotiate evaluation agreements.
Provide contract guidance and training to the sales organization.
Identify, research and escalate complex legal and factual issues to attorneys and assist attorneys in resolving same.
Review, revise and negotiate customer non-disclosure agreements and revisions to client’s standard non-disclosure agreements.
Update and maintain standard contracts.
Work with sales operations and sales enablement for both deal execution and sales training/education.
Maintain legal databases.
Travel once per quarter on average is anticipated
The Ideal Candidate:
§ Team player, well-organized, and forward thinking
§ At least 2-4 years experience negotiating SaaS contracts with Fortune 1000 customers
§ Ability to adapt quickly and maintain agility in a fast-paced environment and field
§ Bachelors degree or global equivalent
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills
