Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Length: 6+ month contract

Cloud Solution/Mobile Testing
-External and Internal Cloud testing
-HP Performance Center
-OpenSource
-Java/.Net
-Mobile testing, using Perfecto
-Application monitoring, Dynatrace
-Overall testing of everything, making sure applications work, systems
-Network/Database (knowledge)
-Dev Ops is a plus
Here’s the requirements
Lead Performance Engineer will play a strategic role to improve the performance testing process and practices, analysis, and workloads and participate in major initiatives to improve performance by examining both application and Infrastructure for very complex programs.
Should have strong experience identifying bottlenecks across multiple layers of the system. The candidate will be charged with a hands-on approach in building, running and working on enterprise performance initiative driven by Performance engineering team.
Strong ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
Experience in defining SLA’s and help the stakeholders and business teams.
Expertise in Analysis, Monitoring and Tuning of the application for complex programs
Experience in Agile and waterfall methodology programs should be able to adopt any process
Performance tuning and capacity planning on complex applications is must.
Effective troubleshooting and problem resolution
Adapt priorities to maintain multiple in-progress assignments
Strong sense of urgency including self-governance on task priority
Ability to work non-standard hours for plan/project changes
performance engineering experience - benchmark testing, performance analysis, and tuning, Performance test automation, performance testing and Performance engineering and developing software benchmarks and programming experience (OOAD, Java , Web Services Technologies, SOAP and/or REST
Strong experience in configuring and analyzing the application and Load Balancer servers (Websphere, JBoss and LoadBalancer)
Experience database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server
Strong experience in Hp Performance Center,Jmeter and mobile performance testing tools
Strong experience in application performance management tools Dynatrace,NewRelic
Experience in performance testing in cloud computing technologies is plus
