Job Description :
Job Title: Functional Architect - Oracle Service Cloud
Duration: 3+ months with strong possibility of extension
Location : Can work Remote and 50% Traveling required. (There will be need to travel between CA and FL)
The Functional Architect (FA) will be primarily responsible for requirement understanding, pseudo design and documentation along with team guidance on technical approaches, best practices etc as an outcome of quick POCs. There will be need to travel between CA and FL.
Current visibility is for 3 months with possible extension until October 2017. Detail breakdown of the Functional Architect responsibilities are:
Conduct and Drive Design Workshop
Writing and reviewing business requirement documentation (BRDs)
Writing and reviewing functional design documentation (FDDs)
Estimating level of efforts (LOEs) / Statements of work (SOWs)
Customer and team communication / co-ordination
Performing functional reviews, conduct close room pilot sessions etc
Helping Technical and Functional Consultant with difference functional approaches during development and configuration
Skill-set:
Proficient and good understanding of most aspects of the OSvC, including but not limited to:
Configuration (Business Rules, Workspaces, Workflows, Accounts, Profiles, Navsets, Config settings, SSO, etc
Customer Portal (both version 2 and version 3)
Custom Script
Browser UI (BUI)
Add-Ins (WPF and Winforms)
