Windows Systems Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Windows Systems Administrator, Staff.
MUST BE AVAILBLE TO WORK 1ST, 2ND OR 3RD SHIFTS including weekends.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will provide 24X7 Windows system administration and will have a strong technical background with experience working on medium to large sized teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support for Windows servers (2008, 2012, 2016) in a highly available, 24x7 enterprise environment
Excellent communication skills are required
Work across several teams to restore service rapidly during an incident
Understanding of typical IT support-oriented service level agreements and how to achieve SLA results
Analyze the root cause of incidents through problem management process
Identify opportunities for system automation and process improvement
Create in-depth documentation of processes and system configuration; using Visio, knowledge management tools, Remedy
Provide and receive cross training from immediate support team
Drive Continual Service Improvement for ongoing issues
