The Opportunity

Our HCM Practice is leading the way in helping our clients make the transformation from on premise HR solutions to the cloud. This dedicated, industry focused team is actively seeking results-oriented consultants with HCM expertise across the Oracle EBS product suite. In this role, you will work with some of top companies in the country that are implementing innovative cloud technology solutions with the Oracle product suite that will change their organizations.

In these roles, you will have the opportunity to:

- Estimate, plan and lead Oracle HCM implementation projects utilizing industry best practices and methodologies.
- Identify, translate, and map client business requirements based on modern best practices.
- Front end interactions with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend pragmatic solutions.
- Configuring modules by applying industry best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities through active involvement in drafting proposals and effort estimations.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-8+ years of experience participating in global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide HCM implementation projects related to core HR, Performance, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Compensation utilizing any of the following ERP platforms: Oracle EBS, SAP/SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday etc.
-Acted as the functional lead for a minimum of 3 end to end Oracle HCM implementations where you collected and translated business requirements, performed gap analysis, designed integration solutions, completed systems configuration, prepared and executed system testing.
-At least 2 years of implementation experience with Cloud-based application suites.

-Building trusted relationships with prospects and clients
-Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints
-Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal and external customers
-Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
