Position Director, Strategic Alliances & Business Development

Looking for a Seasoned business development/partnerships professional with domain expertise in storage, virtualization, datacenter infrastructure, data protection. Responsibilities spanning strategic technology alliances, business development, OEM partnership, GTM Planning and execution.

This is a perfect position for someone who is passionate about driving Nimesa partnering and solutions strategies with key Storage ISV’s.

Job Description

Own and Lead , alliances function and drive partnership with Storage Vendors (Tier 1,2 and 3)
Clear technical and business understanding of the storage technology vendors and partner ecosystem
Possess strategic expertise to triangulate available data, and formulate prioritization as well as a clear plan for execution.
Drive sales and partner enablement, work closely with Founders to craft partner programs targeted at increasing Nimesa sales and lead/motivate a small team of high-achievers.

What you need to bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; MBA would be a plus with 8-10 years of experience in datacenter technologies;
Strong Knowledge of storage as well as adjacent application ecosystems.
Experience working with alliance partners.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
A strong can-do attitude with strong planning and analytical skills.
Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
Willingness to travel up to 25%
