Job Description :

Required Skills and Responsibilities:
Must have 5-8 years of experience in system administration for Allscripts SCM.
Must have familiarity with or experience in handling SCM databases which includes installing and configuring databases servers.
Must have good understanding of SQL server architecture including cluster, database mirroring and replication features.
Must have experience in server backups and disaster recovery procedure.
Must have strong hands-on experience in server technologies including but not limited to:
SQL 2012+
Windows Server 2008+
Cisco UCS & HP hardware
Netapp and/or other storage technology
VMware
Provide subject matter expertise for the overall System Architecture and perform regular health checks.
Answer all the technical questions about the servers/systems/architecture to any group within the organization as well as external resources.
Bridge the gap between technical and functional teams.
Good understanding and knowledge of the overall HIS/EMR system design, including Allscripts SCM.
Experience on any popular ticketing tool like Service Now or Remedy is a plus.
Should be proficient in verbal and non-verbal communication.
Resourceful and able to work in a team environment.
US-based implementation/configuration experience with respect to any system server architecture is a plus.
