Job Description :
Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS
Management Database
Maintain the CMDB, including input and update of data of the assets in relation to requisition, procurement, deployment, maintenance and retirement
Identify discrepancies in the CMDB through quality assurance audits, and resolve them or escalate them for investigation
Work with the various GIS Services Teams to develop and issue reports from ServiceNow or Reporting Platform to support the negotiation and procurement of software purchases
Receive, record and archive (duplicating, where appropriate) hardware serial numbers software license keys and media in the CMDB as appropriate
Reporting and Documentation
Develop documentation relating to policies, processes and procedures and make it available via the company''s intranet or Social Site
Develop, prepare and deliver monthly asset management operational reviews for internal customers

The hardware or software asset administrator will have no direct reports or managerial duties and should be expected to work during normal business hours
