Workday Compensation Consultant

Duration: 2 Months (05/08/2017 to 06/30/2017)
Location: Racine, WI
Interview: Skype (F2F not mandatory)
Visa: H1b is OK. Non-Local is OK

JD:
We are looking for a Workday Consultant with 5+ years of Compensation and Integration experience to complete a complex analysis and proof of concept project. Specific responsibilities are outlined under the ‘Key Responsibilities’ section below. Candidates should have strong HR compensation functional knowledge and excellent Workday configuration abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with process and technical experts to understand current variable compensation processes and the proposed changes
Determine which pieces of the proposed changes are feasible to build in Workday''s advanced compensation module
Configure prototype of new variable comp processes in Workday
Document proposed Workday solution
Document explanation of what could not be configured in Workday and why

Required Skills and Experiences
5+ years of HR compensation functional experience
Expert level Workday compensation knowledge required (this is not a project for a novice)
3+ years of workday configuration support
Workday Compensation certification preferred
Workday security knowledge as it relates to compensation a plus
Strong analytical abilities including process design
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate to clients
Creative problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated team player
