Netsuite/Cloud Developer
Contract
Berwyn, PA
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, deliver and develop interface - Follow methodologies to design, develop and test interfaces to NetSuite applications.
Document interface capabilities and limitations for Vertex knowledge base.
Maintain ownership of interface knowledge transfer to internal and external audiences.
Define support methodologies between Vertex and partners.
Assist in troubleshooting customer issues as needed
Maintain and advance existing relationships; Coordinate planning to understand and forecast functional and technical requirements over the life of an interface.
Coordinate enhancements and new product requirements with appropriate Vertex entities.
Participate in solutions delivery process during consultative engagements by implementing Vertex systems and interfaces as well as specifications and code for client specific customizations or enhancements.
Maintain instance of NetSuite Development Environments for the purpose of demonstration, testing, and development.
Assist Solution Selling Team in pre-sales technical support with prospects as necessary including customer specific setup within NetSuite.
Responsible for release management and version control as it relates to Netsuite

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Development Certifications in Net Suite required
Experience with the “Built for NetSuite” methodology
Experience with NetSuite bundle development and deployment
Ability to independently research, methodically trouble shoot, and resolve complex problems.
High integrity and accountability; very good teaming skills.
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, time management and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Vertex or other Third Party sales tax products a plus.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Four year degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in JavaScript and Web Services Development, required.
Web Based UI Development experience using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
