Description:
Technology and Tools:
* At least 8 years of hands on experience in Java/J2EE technologies
* Experience and good knowledge of Spring 2.5 and above.
* Knowledge on Java 8 or on Java 7 and above including proficiency in Core Java , Junit , Java Script , JSP, Spring Framework , Hibernate, working knowledge of web services, MQ , SQL, PL/SQL and XML
* Good knowledge of Java design patterns
* Adequate knowledge of Oracle database. Should know how to write SQL queries
* Basic knowledge on Unix . Able execute existing shell script.
* Ability to manage and debug existing core standalone Java applications or / web Java applications using WebLogic or Tomcat Apache servers.
* Knowledge on Subversion, Ant / Maven script, Mercury Quality center and Jenkins will be very useful.
Process and software development life cycle:
* Ability to create use cases and system functional requirements
* Ability to participate in requirements elicitation, JAD/JAR session facilitation.
* At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle for development and maintenance projects.
* At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

* Ability to lead a group of developers while taking bottom line responsibility/ownership of the deliverable/technical solutions using software development life cycle.

* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment including business analysts and production support teams.
* Experience, ability and desire to work in Global Delivery Model (with teams in different time zones
* Strong analytical skills, very strong written/verbal communication skills.
