Job Description:

5 years of experience as a Technical Writer

Demonstrated ability in creating documentation methodology and framework with consistency and

efficiency pertaining to programming, systems operation and user documentation.

Extensive experience in translating business specifications into user documentation.

Demonstrated ability writing and maintaining systems and user support documentation efforts,user-
training materials with version control.

Document core product and customer solution-specific code.

Create document flow diagrams,document programming methodologies and toolkit use.

Requires excellent written/verbal communication skills

Excellent organization skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office products-MS Word, Notepad, Adobe, Visio, Snagit,Notepad++ etc

Knowledge in state and federal interfaces.

Specialized experience:

Project experience in Eligibility and Enrollment systems, Case management systems, TANF, TCA,

SNAP, Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance, child welfare, child support, juvenile services, adult

protective services and education.
