Job Title: Big Data Architect

Detailed Description:
Big Data solution design and architecture
Design, sizing and implementation of Big Data platforms, preferably Cloudera
Deep understanding of Cloudera stack (Impala, Spark, Installation and configuration, Navigator etc
Experience in extracting data from feeds into Data Lake using Kafka and other open source components
Experience in StreamSets, Spark, Cloudera manager.
Experience in real-time streaming
Experience in various NOSQL DBs (mainly MONGODB) and in-memory DB''s.
Experience in Security and Access Mgmt.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience on the Big Data stack (HDFS, Sqoop, Hive, Java etc
Understanding of and experience in Data ingestion patterns
Brief job duties:
A Big Data expert with in-depth architectural experience in setting up end-to-end Big Data and Analytics platforms.
Must have experience in data integration using analytical and reporting tools.
Must have skills:
In depth knowledge on Java, MapReduce, Kafka, StreamSets, Impala, Pig, Hive, Integration using R / SPSS / SAS, Spark, Storm
Nice to have skills:
HBase, MongoDB, NoSQL, Knox / Ranger / Solr / Tika, Oozie, Falcon, Flume
