Overall 8-10 years of experience
WD HCM Functional SME with at least 2 implementation experience
Experience in support / implementation projects in functional capacity HR, Talent Management and Recruitment
Experience in handling tickets and client interactions
At least 3 years'' experience in working on Workday Talent and Recruitment solution and business process configurations
At least 6-8 years'' experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) system/business processes (PeopleSoft / SAP HCM / etc
Provide recommendations and assist to implement changes to existing business processes and to HCM systems.
Develop test procedures, test scenarios, and test cases; execute test scripts; and document and communicate the results.
Preferably workday certified –functional
