Technical Architect: Medicaid Data Warehouse project
The Technical Architect (expert) will have responsibility Data Architecture for the Medicaid Enterprise at the MDW. The Technical architect will be required to the do the following:
Create an Information Architecture Plan to bring the MDW into alignment with MITA 3.0
Create a Data Management Plan for the Medicaid Enterprise
Create a Conceptual Data Model for the Medicaid Enterprise
Create a Logical Data Model for the Medicaid Enterprise
Create Data Standards for the Medicaid Enterprise
Create an Information Capability Matrix for the Medicaid Enterprise
Review the current documentation of the current vendor to facilitate the completion of the above
Facilitate meetings and do collaborative research to facilitate the above
Participate in Data Governance Meetings
Fulfil requests from management
Review new and existing data designs including database, sql and etl applications to ensure correctness

Requirements: 84+ months
- Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications.
- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions
Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar field of study. Please attach degree certificate.
2. 84 Months of experience with data modelling including 3NF and Dimensional/Data architecture for business intelligence and reporting in a Data Warehouse environment
3. 84 months’ professional experience in Information Technology supporting / managing / directing medium to large deployments including experience with DB2 LUW and / or Oracle
4. 84 months’ professional experience in assisting with design, development, and implementation of medium to large deployments and environments.
5. 84 Months of experience in decision support / business intelligence environments utilizing Business Intelligence tools.
6. 72 Months of experience designing and implementing NoSQL solutions
7. 84 Months of Experience in writing complex SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX code for Reporting and Data Extraction.
8. 60 Months Experience with Medicaid Data and MITA Information Architecture
9. 84 Months of experience with data acquisition, cleansing, and integrations processes (ETL, ELT
