Job Description :
The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that software defects are identified, tracked and resolved. This is achieved by gaining a comprehensive understanding of current applications and business requirements, executing a structured quality program, documenting issues and managing resolution. This role will play an integral role in the software lifecycle ensuring that a quality product is delivered.

Major Responsibilities

Systems Testing:
Ability to analyze current applications and assess business requirements
Develop test plans and cases based on current business requirements
Execute functional, system and regression testing
Analyze results and document defects
Coordinate defect resolution with appropriate user and development resources
Identify and recommend usability improvements
Lead user acceptance testing by scheduling and conducting product demonstrations
Ensures testing environment are configured and maintained appropriately
System documentation:
Creates release documentation
Documents testing method and testing results
Performs and documents periodic regression tests
Production support:
Have full knowledge of products
Daily problem diagnosis
Resolution analysis
Correction

Experience & Skills:
Experience working with web based applications.
Strong interest and understanding of business and superior skills in systems analysis.
Experience in SQL, real time systems, .Net, call center environments and iSeries is helpful.
Must have experience using TFS.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills is a must.
