Position Description / Description of Duties:


eDataForce Consulting LLC has URGENT need for : “ Informatica / Powercenter Developer / Administrator w/ Healthcare background . Candidate MUST be LOCAL in Dallas, TX and must be READY to do Face to Face interview … NO Excuses.

Max Rate for this position is US$ 45-50/hr. Only .

Experience Urgently needed:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree experience requirements:
o 7 years experience in Informatica PowerCenter administration and architecture with UNIX based DB2 and/or Oracle databases and warehouses
o 5 years of experience developing, deploying, and managing ETL architectures and solutions incorporating complex, multi-terabyte UNIX based DB2, and/or Oracle databases and data warehouses.

*Informatica Development – MUST have
*Informatica Power Center Administration- Must have
* Unix based on DB2 a MUST have
* Oracle databases and warehouses
* 5 - 7 years of strong SQL on Oracle – Must Have
* B2B DT Required Is a Must Have
* Hadoop exp. is a plus.
- Oracle to Netezza migration exp. plus or Terradata
- slow changing dimensions exp.

Summary:

Responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and support of Extract/Transfer/Load applications.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong ETL development skills as well as
solid analytical and problem-solving skills in the areas of data capture and integration. High-volume ETL experience is a must.

The candidate must also possess automation experience, real-world production deployment and production support experience, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to develop logical and physical data models.
Perform advanced ETL development activities using oracle, Netezza, Terradata Prefer Teradata )

Candidate must have hands on Informatica PowerCenter.
Must have strong SQL and Unix scripting knowledge. & DB2
Must have data warehouse experience and be able to analyze current operational issues and provide recommendations in the client environment.
Experience in large volumes, optimizations, building efficiencies both in coding and in database design.
Experience with Informatica, UNIX, Shell scripting, with exposure to other procedural languages and interfaces.
Expertise in using Informatica connectivity, using Informatica to connect to the various databases.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Advanced Word, Visio and Excel skills.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and available to provide fast solution,

Excellent Communication is a MUST
