Detailed Job Description:
Provide L2 support activities for Telecom infrastructure components from multiple vendors.Extending required support for upcoming projects, provide necessary inputs and perform activities for its designimplementationdocumentation for bringing it under our purview.Working on incident, change, problem Management processes as defined by client.Identifying RCAs and working towards its closure.Working with Offshore teams and following up with vendors cases regularly.

Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years
Education/ Certifications (Required): BE
