5+ years’ experience with Infor Syteline v6 or higher – focused on manufacturing/operations, Module Supply Chain Management , MRP ,MPS , APS , Manufacturing, Sales, Shipping and Invoicing • Experience in the major PC-based productivity software applications including: spreadsheets, word processing, database management, - particularly, knowledge of the Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Primary duties and responsibilities include: • Requirements Gathering o Elicit, document and prioritize high level and detailed functional requirements o Complete Business Requirements Document o Construct business process models o Perform stakeholder interviewing to understand current process and gather requirements o Map requirements with existing functionality and identify gaps that require additional configuration or customization o Apply requirements elicitation techniques such as scenarios/use cases, prototyping and workshops as required • Testing o Create test plans to fully test system configuration and customizations under the direction of senior BA or Process owner o Write a user acceptance and system test scripts o Execute user acceptance and system test script o Document Test results • CRP o Prepare CRP scripts under the direction of senior BA or Process owner o Lead CRP in specialization area o Elicit additional requirements or functional gaps from SMEs participating in CRP • Project Methodology o Responsible for planning, estimating, and scheduling requirement tasks o Understands principles of project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and raise to Project Manager as identified • User Training o Conduct end user training o Prepare training material o Conduct Business Process / Scenario Training • Support and Stabilization o Logging / Tracking / Follow-up on open issues • Go-Live Support / Troubleshooting
