Our client, is the world''s largest independent multinational biopharmaceutical company, seeks an accomplished Associate Project Manager / Regional Operations Lead.

Description:
Key position in implementing the regions strategic and launch plans. Require close collaboration cross functionally to establishing new supply routes, supply sites, distribution models, setting up systems, managing variations, and overall launch coordination.
Lead product launches and lifecycle management activities in the region in accordance to the jurisdictional and change control processes.
Serve as key Operations interface in all governance teams and working closely with GOL’s (Global Operations Leaders) for the products distributed by the Region.
Generate project charters and ensure project gate reviews in alignment with international commercialization process.
Serve as Regional Operations Lead at GOT (Global Operations Team); managing and escalating appropriate requests and information to GOT impacting the products distributed by the Region.
Ensure project approaches that in alignment with overall product strategy and be accountable to meeting the overall strategy.
Chair Launch Teams: monitor the progress of the departmental related projects leading to the successful launch of products in the Region.
Serve as region champion: ensuring supply, meeting milestones and leading new SKU requests among other elements.
Ensure launch team members have an in-depth understanding of the business and regional requirements and their roles and responsibilities as team members in the implementation of product strategies.
Ensure regular project status updates both internally (to launch Team members) and external (to the project stakeholders, including Regional Commercial Operations, Regulatory and Global Operation Teams and Global Supply Chain.
Use Operational Excellence as an approach to identify improvements in Commercialization process.
Contribute to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.
Work on, and anticipate, abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables.
Develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis (Opportunity / risk analyses; Cost/ Benefit analyses; Pricing models
Integrate trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations (e.g. pricing models, sales plans, and clinical trial execution
Develop methods and techniques based on project objectives. Actively participates in setting function / department objectives to meet plans.
Manage key projects or business processes. Guide completion of major projects.
Contribute to the function/ department through responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning for the function/department.
Use strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities. Provide thought leadership, guidance and advice in own field.
Work with resource managers from across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources to complete programs and projects on time.
Mentor and develop others in the approaches, methods and processes used to lead product launches and lifecycle management activities in the region.
The position will require 25% domestic and/or international travel.

Requirements:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of directly related experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of directly related experience.
Must Have: Project Management, Supply Chain, Change Control Management, Spanish and Portuguese a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master degree in business or related field highly desirable.
Experience in international supply chain/operations.
GMP knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical regulations operations.
