Should have PM experience with development or manufacturing of (Bio) Pharmaceuticals.
Red Flags: Resume with multiple short duration jobs of 18 month or less. No experience as PM. No education in scientific or engineering area. No experience with MS Project.

Description:
Work with cross-functional teams within the Process Development (PD) organization in executing late stage development projects in compliance with regulations and on time.
Work with project teams in developing of, maintaining of, and executing against project schedules.
Support project teams in executing the projects by establishing the necessary teamwork tools (e.g. project sites and team folders on MyTeams / Box or other network drives
Establish and maintain project controls and pro-actively monitor project progress. Provide frequent project status updates to PD Senior Leadership Team.
The Sr. Project Manager (SPM) will independently manage planning and execution of Process Development (PD) projects which are in Client's late stage development phase, between E2L and commercial launch.
These PD projects may include the development of drug substance, drug product, analytical test methods, delivery devices, and/or combination products.
The SPM will work closely with team members from all functions within PD to ensure the project is executed in compliance with Client procedures and completed on time within the resource constraints.
The position requires vertical and horizontal communication across many levels and functions inside and outside of PD. Depending on the assigned project the SPM might work with Global Operations Leads, Regulatory Leads, Product Quality Leads, Product Delivery Teams, and other stakeholders.
The SPM will be responsible for scheduling and moderating cross-functional team meetings. The SPM will create meeting minutes which are frequently distributed all the way to SVP level management.
Lead the preparation, moderation, and documentation of various governance review meetings with Senior PD Management such as DSTR, DPTR, DXTR, and Portfolio Review meetings.
Support Device and Final Drug Product teams in preparation for Design Reviews and Design Control Board meetings.
Author the Design and Development Plan and the DHF index for combination products.
Leverage PM tools to provide guidance to project teams in identifying the best approaches to complete projects on time.
Develop and maintain realistic and dependable project schedules together with project teams.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Strong MS Project and MS Office skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Recent Project Management experience in scientific or technical area, preferably in the (bio)pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
The candidate should be a self-starter who can independently manage late stage development projects within PD.
The position will require flexibility and fast learning skills to adapt well in a dynamic environment with changing challenges.
Occasionally travel to other Client facilities or external partners.
