Our client, is the world''s largest independent multinational biopharmaceutical company, seeks an accomplished IxRS Systems Manager.

Description:
Training on ETO processes. IXRS system involves patients and so appropriate training is extremely important. We have a robust onboarding process to ensure our CW can appropriately do the work with confidence.
The position will effectively partner with cross-functional team members, by leading and guiding discussions on optimized methods for data collection, standardization, governance, and deployment of Interactive Voice/Web Response Systems (IVRS) across the study portfolio.
The role provides astute technical insight and project management to provide direct oversight of IVRS system design and development to ensure adherence to study protocols (Study Outline and Global Study Operations Plan), industry regulations, and Client’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
An important focus of the position will be to monitor quality IVRS system issues (vendor CAPAs), be an active voice in system change management activities, and ensure system deployments align with study trial milestones.
In addition, the position is expected to drive forward improvement projects which interface with IVRS/IWRS system development and practices across clinical development.
Lead and facilitate system requirement gathering sessions with clinical study teams on IVRS design and use.
Provide direct vendor management oversight to ensure quality and timelines of system delivery.
Review and collaborate with vendors to develop rigorous corrective and preventative actions related to applicable system issues.
Influence best practices across the team and be a strong advocate for quality assurance throughout system development.
Liaison with study teams members, while acting as a subject matter expert POC for trial IVRS needs and inquiries.
Plan, track, and closely monitor end-to-end and change management activities of IVRS system deployment, while escalating risk as necessary.
Act as a mentor and coach to fellow system colleagues on IVRS design and development.
Provide insights, business intelligence, and management analytics for effective decision making in alignment with Global.
As business process change, foster knowledge for how business processes, systems and reports work together to support business decisions.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner.
Prioritize business needs and use negotiation skills to influence and manage expectations for deliverables.
Be a strong advocate for change, bringing forth a positive energy to help guide teams through new processes, system designs and tools.

Requirements:
Doctorate Degree OR Master''s Degree & 3 years of Clinical experience OR Bachelor''s Degree & 5 years of Clinical experience.
Excellent background and experience within IxRS Systems and Technology.
Proven track record and credibility working with peers, stakeholders, and colleagues to lead and collaborate on technical design as well as project manage vendors to strict timelines.
Analytical thinker and detail-oriented tirelessly committed to quality.
