Experienced in systems analysis and design for performance and stability.
Performance Engineering Skills and Tools
Load Simulation - LoadRunner, Jmeter, Microsoft VSTS
Browser Profiling – Yslow, httpWatch
Transaction Trace – dynaTrace, AppDynamics, Introscope
DB Analysis – SQL, AWR, OEM
Log Analysis – Splunk
Capacity Planning – DNT, Splunk Nix
Other Skills – strong written and verbal. Ability to work with and support and business partners. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders about technical issues and risk. Able to prioritize work and escalations based on risk.

Job Details
Writes technical performance test plans
Develops data driven load test scripts
Uses Load Runner (or JMeter) to design and execute load and performance tests
Lead the data creation activities for the required load tests
Designs and executes different types of load tests ( unit, load, aging etc)
Reports findings according to a defined process, such as sending an email.
Participate in project meetings, peer reviews and strategic initiatives.
Share best practices on the team and encourages incorporation for delivery excellence .
About 8-11 years of previous hands on experience as developer and/or performance architect
An understanding of web protocols including HTTP/HTTPS
Must be well versed in using VUGen 9.5 or greater for advanced test script development beyond the built-in record and playback capabilities.
Experience in Programming languages such as C, Java etc.
Ability to use different monitoring/profiling tools(Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, Jprofiler, Visual VM, AWR reports etc to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows or Linux machines
Has an understanding of the distributed load test environments, and the application architecture
Knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance web performance measures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues in the load and performance test environment
Ability to learn new tools $amp; technologies quickly
Experience in leading a team of 5-10 performance engineers in a Global delivery model – Banking domain
