Business Analyst / Agile Project Analyst 12 – 24 months PLANO, TX

Position Description & Duties:

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Identify current limitations in existing workflow and areas of redundancy within various existing systems. Define requirements that lead to the integration of these systems providing automation within the center workflows
Define requirements for specialized store systems focused on gaining efficiencies and improving production quality
Interface with business partners and field team members to capture new business requirements and existing issues with systems at the stores. Map functional requirements to these findings and document requirements for development team
Interface with business partners and field team members to validate the captured requirements and suggested recommendations
Define, document, and present user stories, current and future state of process or workflow, uses cases and test cases.
Facilitate multi-unit work sessions to determine requirements, screen flows, and processes
Develop analysis models (diagrams) and prototypes when and where appropriate
Perform as the conduit between the field team members and those at corporate office to help define the requirements
Review and ensure that all corporate guidelines and regulatory rules are kept in compliance within the requirements
Interface with the TechSupport team to define and improve support procedures and capabilities through training, communication, and documentation across all related projects
Create and manage workflow diagrams as needed for the project
Create and manage budgets for the project

This candidate will be a part of a high-profile software, eCommerce and POS transformation project for this retail client.

Recent, relevant experience with Retail, and Software and enhancement projects for large enterprise roll outs is essential for this position. We are only considering candidates with strong Agile methodology experience as well.
