Job Description :
Manage a team of technical resources responsible to provide application middleware support for various projects running on the Adobe Experience Manager based Digital Marketing Platform. This team also manages the infrastructure, and the underlying software''s/technologies which make up the Digital Marketing Platform.
Manage team capacity for new and existing projects.
Lead various technical, infrastructure and application efforts and initiatives.
Provide technical architecture and support across all applications/servers.
Analysis of infrastructure and capacity planning for future projects/growth.
Performing technical system review for all projects
Plan and lead application performance, stress and other testing on the system infrastructure landscape.
Working with Data Center teams to ensure 100% system uptime and application availability as well as system monitoring
Manage and execute system/application installation, patching, rollouts, releases and upgrades
Troubleshooting and resolving application and server related issues
Experience working with multiple project teams (business, IT application and infrastructure teams
Excellent system, application and network troubleshooting skills using various toolsets.
Proficient in Server Operating Systems, such as Windows 2008 Server, RedHat, etc.
Strong technical understanding of Multi-tier application and system integration
Strong Experience with Application/Web technologies (Apache Tomcat, Apache Httpd, etc
Experience with Active Directory and other LDAP technologies, SiteMinder and Single Sign-On
Creating and modifying existing Windows batch and UNIX scripts is a must.
Strong oral and technical documentation skills
Total 10+ experience IT experience
Preferred:
Experience in installation & managing an Adobe Experience Manager Platform
Experience in administering an Adobe Experience Manager Platform in terms of Health Check, Content Publishing, backups, regular maintenance jobs, deployments, etc.
Experience with any Content Management Tool
Experience with leading performance, stress and capacity testing is a plus.
