Job Description :
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 6 + Months
Your Skills and Qualifications will include
o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
o Solid professional application development experience using C++ on Windows, with a strong focus on STL, Boost Libraries, memory management
o Good development experience on core C#, .Net (3.5 or 4.0) technologies
o 5+ years strong .NET experience with particular emphasis on server side
o Experience on multithreading / parallel processing and application performance optimization
o Good experience on Object Oriented Programming, XML, MQ / Solace messaging and Continuous Integration
o Strong analytical skills combined with good debugging techniques
o Good database knowledge on MS SQL Server 2008 & 2012, proficiency in writing SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications
o 2+ years of experience working in the capital markets
o Experience with any kind of ETL type products
o Experience working with global teams
o Strong grasp of concepts behind capital markets product pricing and calculation of risk a big plus
o Successful track record of delivery and execution with changing requirements and challenging timelines
