Job Description :
As a Delivery Manager – Digital, individual will responsible for managing and delivering various Digital Program and projects which will create significant opportunities to our customers. Individual will work with a variety of business areas and architects to manage various projects to build the strategic digital platform that can create a cohesive data eco system creating business opportunities and support in analytics and reporting. Individual will be required to manage various facets of digital marketing and Content Management implementation on AEM / CQ or other WCM leveraging various open sources & data integration tools including Informatica Big Data.
As a senior member of the Digital Practice you will have broad functional knowledge of latest tools and technologies that encompass the digital marketing landscape, like Adobe Marketing cloud, marketing and analytics tools like Site Catalyst, email campaign management tools like Responsys and Eloqua, UI technologies and frameworks like Single Page Application development using Angular JS and Node JS, Targeting and multivariate testing tools like Adobe Test & Target and Optimost, multi-channel marketing.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to build and manage relationship with key business & IT stakeholders
People management and communication are key skills for this role. Must be able to manage a team resources including employees, consultants (onshore/offshore)
Must have experience in agile delivery within data management & analytics.
Must be familiar with Jira software for agile project tracking
Effective & timely communication is very vital for this role and should be able to present progress & solution to senior leaders within the organization
Technical knowledge to develop & review data & analytics solutions
Working knowledge of Agile project delivery, work with scrum masters and directors to define solution architecture, work tasks and estimates that will feed into the overall project schedule
Contributes to the development of project plans, and assigns and monitors tasks of lower level software developers
Display a creative approach to solving complex technical data analysis problems
Coaches and demonstrates leadership by example to individuals and teams on the concepts, principles and technical implementations for continuous delivery.
Provides effective participation and contribution in developing complex system / application architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master''s Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience required.
At least five years and typically eight or more years of experience with 3 years in a leadership role
Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative, communication, presentation and management skills, strong judgment and ability to work effectively with clients, IT management and staff.
Requires strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills; In-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools and IT standards and guidelines; knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques. I
In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies; thorough knowledge of business functions and operations, objectives and strategies.
Preferred:
Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
Experience in managing distributed delivery model (onshore/offshore model)
Experience in managing large programs and multiple projects on ECM or WCM
Experience working & managing modern Content Management and data technologies
Programming background with Java
Experience in managing delivery of projects for large financial or insurance companies
Total 15+ experience
