Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Will create Understanding document, detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs as per plan.
2. Communicate and co-ordinate with all team members across locations
3. Closely work with client, provide the status, understand their expectation and work towards it.
