JOB DESCRIPTION:
eDataForce Consulting LLC has URGNET need for “ WebMethods Developer” is a subject matter expert in multiple systems or applications with analysis and design work in programming.
This role will technically lead and mentor other developers and effectively communicate with business users.

This project is based out of Sidney, NE. The client would prefer to hire the candidate on a fulltime down the road of 6 – 12 plus months’ time. Client is Willing to transfer H1B if the candidate accepts at the time . OR maybe they may not hire.

Responsibilities:
Gather requirements, identify areas of operational improvement and translate into software configuration and customization alternatives.
Forecast systems evolution, enhancements and upgrades and assist in strategic planning.
Create flow charts for technical analysis so that the project team can understand the data flow. Participate in formal and informal code review and assist team members and works with the QA team to facilitate quality assurance efforts.
Perform analysis and design for programs and learns and adapts to new applications, languages, and techniques.
Technically lead and mentor other developers to produce error-free development.
Focus on supporting the development, maintenance, and support activities in keeping applications systems stable and functional in addition to increasing functionality for the user community.
Serve as a contributor and member to project teams in the applications area.
Complete administration tasks, such as status reporting and documentation.
Utilize team work on quick solution while still validating the long term solution.


Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree
6 to 8+ Years of experience working with webMethods and associated adapters.
Team leadership skills required.
Mentoring and analysis skills required.
A certificate of training or expert in one of the systems supported is preferred.

* Candidate MUST have LEAD a project on /off shore in the past *
