Job Description :

Technical knowledge in

  • S/4 Hana
  • ABAP
  • SAP analytics
  • SAP BW on HANA & BW4/HANA

Exposure to SAP modules

  • FI/CO

Non-technical

  • Primary role - production support, when there are no issues/tickets expectation will be to work in development, it will involve small fixes/IT value add
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems
  • Good in documentation and following through production tickets to closure
  • Prepare RCA and DEP (for eg: process change, code change, refresher of standards)
  • Ability to work across teams and SMEs
  • Should be able to work in shifts
  • Involves working during weekends, off business hours and holidays
